Natalie is an award-winning, highly accomplished Senior Human Resources Leader known for her transformative impact and innovative strategies. With a stellar career spanning over 20 years in a variety of industries, Natalie has masterminded HR strategies that deliver multimillion-dollar savings, boosted productivity, and cultivated vibrant, high-performance teams. Her dynamic approach to culture change and employee engagement turns challenges into triumphs. And Natalie’s passion and servant leadership make her an unstoppable force, propelling organizations forward.
But Natalie doesn’t just drive results, she feels deeply called to serve you and your business with a high degree of integrity, trust, and responsibility. Aside from a thriving HR career in the gaming, construction, manufacturing, and advertising sales and technology industries, Natalie has served in a variety of faith-based volunteer roles and projects since 2004.
In 2022, Natalie transitioned to a full-time HR position in vocational ministry at an internationally recognized charitable Christian NGO. This experience further opened her eyes to the unique need for strategic HR solutions in faith-based settings and was the catalyst for offering consulting services in both the secular and faith-based sectors. Humans are humans in any workplace or volunteer setting anywhere. And everyone needs the right resources to truly shine. It’s that simple.
Natalie received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of California, Irvine and continued her education in Human Resources Management at the University of Nevada, Reno. She is certified as a Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR) and a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). Natalie has also attained professional certifications in Organizational Development, Facilitation, Diversity and Inclusion, and Coaching.
Some of Natalie’s notable volunteer accomplishments include project managing a youth led fundraising campaign through a local church in Sparks, NV that garnered over $100,000 to aid children in extreme poverty. Natalie was among the first team of leaders to chaperone a group of high school students on a two-week international trip to the Mathare Valley in Nairobi, Kenya to meet the children that were directly impacted by their campaign efforts. From 2013-2017, Natalie shifted her focus to educating and empowering thousands of women across Northern Nevada by developing and delivering premiere personal safety and firearms training in partnership with The Women’s Safety Academy. Natalie also served a 2-year term on the board of the Northern Nevada Human Resources Association (NNHRA) encouraging hundreds of local HR professionals to master their craft through certification exam preparation. Natalie continues to teach Sunday school classes in the pre-school ministry at her local church since 2018.
